Today we introduce you to Julie Larsen for our #CoachFeatureSeries. Julie definitely has a full load as the head coach for the B09 Red and White teams as well as the assistant coach for the G06 Red team. She brings focus and drive to her teams and we’re so grateful she is a part of the CFC family. Here is a little bit more about her:

My family includes my husband David Larsen and 4 children, Brooklynn 13, Austin 10, Paige 4, Jackson 2.  I have lived in Utah and Montana.  I grew up in Lewiston, a small town north of Logan. I attended University of Utah on a basketball scholarship and graduated with a masters degree in Social Work.  I currently work at the VA hospital and have a counseling private practice focused on Athlete mental wellness.  I enjoy playing basketball and riding my road bike. I started coaching soccer when my kids started in recreation about 9 years ago. My favorite thing about coaching is watching the progress.

Advice I give athletes: Enjoy the game and give effort, because it is the only thing you can control.

Big thanks to Julie and all her hard work with her 3 teams!
