For the second straight year, Cottonwood FC participated in the annual Butlerville Days parade on July 24. We learned from our experience on our first year on the parade route. Not only did we come prepared with more otter pops, but more frozen otter pops. Once again, we were able to provide thousands of otter pops to those seated along the parade route. Of course, our players really enjoyed the experience, waiving to friends and Cottonwood Heights residents, and smiling for the cameras:
We appreciate the Cottonwood Heights officials and volunteers for putting on a great parade and allowing us to participate in it! Our goal next year is to have enough otter pops to last until the end of the parade.
